TAKES TIME
Fullblood Wagyu are raised to 30 months of age while most other beef breeds are raised to just 18 months. Although production costs are higher due to lower weaning weights and slower growth, the beef contains extreme levels of marbling.
Wagyu beef has 50% higher monounsaturated fats as commercial beef, 3x more omega-3s as commercial beef, and very low melting point.
